My work is based on the concept of radical acceptance: acceptance of who you are as a person, who you want to be, and where you are going. I meet my clients in a place of non-judgement and walk with them through the transition process and beyond, I aim to lift the veil of shame so that my clients can learn to accept, embrace and love themselves. I frame my work in the Existential questions of "Who am I?" "What is meaningful to me?" and "Do I feel isolated or connected to my community?" My focus is in working with sexual and gender minorities and other people who have had the experience of being marginalized.
