1st Person: "He does surgery using the skin from the forearm. His method of microsurgery is very brilliant. A friend of mine had surgery last winter, and after a few months he was already able to feel sensation! Dr. Daverio practices in Germany, Spain, and Switzerland (as far as I know)."

2ND Person: "The surgery is ALL done in one day and I don't know how much it is IF you've had chest surgery and hysterectomy already.  He does ALL three procedures in a 9 hour period and it cost around $70,000 American dollars.....depending what the Swiss frank is worth now.  It looks like other procedures I have seen photos of here or in Canada.  He does free arm flap and it looks like the same that Dr. Broussard does as well."
