My spouse went to Brassard in Canada. Her gynecologist here (who also does re-constructive surgery on women with deformed vaginas, so is familiar with that post-surgical look) told her that, if she hadn't been informed that [the patient] was trans, she would never have guessed from looking at the surgical results. She said the whole area looks totally natural. Was [she] an easy surgery? Well, considering that the surgery gets more difficult as the patient gets older, I would say she was not an easy surgery, having the operation done at the age of 57. We would recommend Brassard to anyone.

Dr. Brassard requires the same psych history as the US docs. At least one full year with a psych, and letters from two psychs. So at least a couple of visits with a second psych.

The pictures on the sites, though, of the "finished products" - I would say that's in the talent and know-how of the camera-person.
