Ahh, the wonders of technology and forum spam!

The last time we checked the forums, they were happily empty.  The forums were checked tonight and a ton of messages were found.  At first there was great joy in seeing that there was activity, and then we thought better of that good assumption.  Yes, it was spam.  There was only one nice thing in the forum that was left, and the rest went into the electronic circular bin.  After all, nobody is coming here for the advertisements, and we're certainly not going to condone advertising on this site which is not appropriate!

If you posted a topic to the forums, and are now noticing it has gone away, you were probably hit by the mass pruning of messages.  Please feel free to re-post your topic if this is the case. 

Be forewarned though that all topics are now moderated, so in theory, that should be the end of forum spam.

For anyone who saw that trash, please accept our apologies.
