I look at the few hits that the directory gets, and wonder if the effort put in is worth the time spent keeping it up to date, adding new information, and attempting to find new resources.  I have done pretty much everything I can to get new resources into the directory, however I do not know how much the directory is helping.  Are you finding the resources you are looking for?  Do you read through this?  Would you be willing to work with the forums to help get them moving?

I look at all of this, and then at some of the sites that are in the directory, at which point I have to wonder if the effort I put forth is worth the value of the site.  I think I have created a concise way of finding resources, however few people have taken the time to add their resources, so the directory has not grown the way I initially thought it would.

Please let me know if you believe I am wrong in this matter.  I truly want to make something useful to all, however if it is not useful, then it is something that wastes time from family and friends for no reason.
